🌌 GENERAL TERMS & WORKFLOW
✦ All prices are in USD [ dollars ].
✦ Payments method ONLY by: ATH mobile [ for Local clients ], Paypal or through Vgen.
✦ Work will officially begin only AFTER full payment has been processed and cleared.
✦ I reserve the right to decline any commission request that I do not feel comfortable drawing.
✦ Commission are completed in the order of my list.
✦ I will provide 2 progress previews for your approval: 1) Rough Sketch and 2) Lineart.
✦ Major changes (pose, expression, outfit) must be requested during the sketch phase. Once lineart and color are in progress, only minor color adjustments can be made.Drastic changes after the rendering stage will cost an extra $30.00 - $50.00 USD.🚫 I DON'T MAKE CORRECTIONS RELATED TO MY STYLE!
✦ Before commission me, please ensure your expectations align with my art style.⭐️ REFERENCES AND DESCRIPTIONS ABOUT YOUR CHARACTER✨️
I will need references [ IMAGES IMPORTANT!] and descriptions of the character you want me to draw for you like: poses, cloth ect. Please provide clear references about or for your character, including:

✦ Personality or expression preferences
✦ Pose ideas
✦ Outfit details
✦ Any important design elements
✦ You can submit or use my own previous drawings that you liked or called attention for poses o ideas too.The more information you provide, the more accurate the final result will be ✨️ So I’ll do my best to transform your ideas into a beautiful and magical illustration 🌌🌙💬 COMMUNICATION:
✦ Please communicate politely and respectfully. Harassment, rude behavior, or repeated violation of these terms may result in cancellation of the commission.⏳ TURNAROUND & FAMILY PRIORITY
✦ Delivery time ranges from 3 weeks to 1 month depending on the complexity of the piece and my current queue.
✦ If you want your commission for an early date, it will cost an extra of $15.00 USD.
✦ If you want to be kept your commission anonymous I can accept it, but if your want me not to publish your commission it will have a extra cost of $50.00 USD.
✦ Important note: I balance my freelance art career with my beautiful family, prioritizing my role as a mother. I deeply appreciate your patience, respect, and understanding regarding my schedule! 💜🚫 ART USAGE & RIGHTS
✦ My Copyright: As an artist, I reserve the right to publish the work in my portfolio and social networks to promote myself. As long as the commission that has been requested does not have a topic that is too strong for the public to see or touches on uncomfortable or offensive subjects. If it does so, it will be censured.
✦ PERSONAL USE ONLY: You may use the artwork for your profile pictures, banners, social media sharing or printing for personal use, by accrediting me [ @blaeckmoonart ]
✦ COMMERCIAL USE: If you intend to use the artwork for merchandise, streaming assets, promotion, or any profit-making venture, you MUST select the "Commercial Use" upgrade (2x multiplier).
✦ AI & NFT PROHIBITION: Under no circumstances is my artwork allowed to be used for AI training, machine learning datasets, or blockchain/NFT speculation.
✦ please do not delete or remove my signature, since it is an essential part that helps me identify myself as an artist who is growing.❌ REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
✦ Full refunds are only available if I have not started working on your piece. The client may cancel the commission before I start working on it.
✦ If a cancellation is requested after the sketch phase has been approved, only a partial refund (50%) will be issued due to the time and effort already invested.

I am aware that my art/story content has strong, dark themes and fetishes and kink+18. Therefore I offer my art services to these topics but I have my rules...✦ Strong themes, fetishes and kink will have an extra cost of 75% from the regular price and a regulation regarding showing it on the networks, whether on my part or on your part! [ NOTE ]: I am aware and informed of all the kink and fetishes there are, including the ones that are super sick and disgusting. Therefore I have my limits on it. So if you ask for something related to that disgusting or sick type of kink or fetish, I have every right and obligation to cancel your order and block you with all due respect.
