| ✦ All prices are in USD [ dollars ]. |
| ✦ I will start the commission after receiving the full payment. |
| ✦ Payments method ONLY by: ATH mobile or Paypal. |
| ✦ Commission are completed in the order of my list. |
| ✦ I will need references [ IMAGES ONLY ] and descriptions of the character you want me to draw for you like: poses, cloth ect. You can submit or use my own previous drawings that you liked or called attention. |
| ✦ Process and Reviews: Once I receive payment, I will start the commission. I will send an initial sketch for approval. Major changes [ pose, anatomy ] may be requested at this stage. I will always be sending you 2 previews, the sketch and the outlined. Drastic changes after the rendering stage will cost an extra $30 - $50 USD. |
| ✦ I DON'T MAKE CORRECTIONS RELATED TO MY STYLE! Before commission me, please ensure your expectations align with my art style. |
| ✦ The commission can take between 7 days to 2 weeks o at the latest 1 months to be delivered. [ Remember, I'm a mom and I divide my time between work and family. ] IMPORTANT! If you want your commission for an early date, it will cost an extra of $10 USD. |
| ✦ Cancellations and Refunds: If you cancel during the sketch phase: 50% refund. If the work is already in the rendering or finalized phase: There are no refunds. If I [ the artist ]cannot complete the work for personal reasons, a 100% refund will be made. so please be completely sure if you want to commission me or not. |
| ✦ All commission will be sent by gmail for better quality. |
| ✦ If you want to be kept your commission anonymous I can accept it, but if your want me not to publish your commission it will have a extra cost of $30 USD. |
| ✦ IA y NFT: It is strictly forbidden to use my art to power Artificial Intelligence [ AI ] models or for sale as an NFT. |
| ✦ Copyright and Personal Use: The client has the right to use the image for profiles, print it for private use or upload it to their networks by accrediting me [ @blaeckmoonart ]. My Copyright: As an artist, I reserve the right to publish the work in my portfolio and social networks to promote myself. As long as the commission that has been requested does not have a topic that is too strong for the public to see or touches on uncomfortable or offensive subjects. If it does so, it will be censured. |
